تشغّل «مؤسسة ارى الرقمية» («أرى»، «نحن»)، سجل تجاري (الرقم الوطني الموحد) 7054518043، موقع أرى الإلكتروني على arasolutions.io («الموقع») ومنصة أرى لرؤية المخزون على app.arasolutions.io («المنصة»). توضّح هذه السياسة كيفية تعاملنا مع البيانات الشخصية في كليهما، وفقًا لنظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية.

أرى خدمة موجَّهة للأعمال، للمستشفيات والصيدليات وشركات الأدوية. نحن لا نجمع بيانات المرضى ولا نعالجها بأي شكل، وتحظر شروطنا رفعها. وبيانات المخزون والمنتجات على المنصة معلومات تجارية عن منشآت، وليست بيانات شخصية.

1. البيانات التي نجمعها

إذا زرت الموقع: نجمع فقط ما يلزم لتشغيله: البيانات التقنية التي يرسلها متصفحك (عنوان IP، ونوع الجهاز والمتصفح، والصفحات المعروضة)، وما تقدّمه عبر نماذج التواصل أو طلب العرض التوضيحي (الاسم، وبريد العمل، والهاتف، والمنشأة، والرسالة).

إذا استخدمت المنصة: نعالج بيانات الحساب التي تقدّمها منشأتك وتقدّمها أنت: الاسم الأول واسم العائلة، وبريد العمل، ورقم الهاتف، ودورك ومنشأتك. كما نعالج بيانات تولّدها المنصة: أحداث تسجيل الدخول، وسجلات الإجراءات والرفع، وسجلات التدقيق (بما فيها سجلات أي وصولٍ إداري من فريق الدعم إلى شاشات حسابك). وتُخزَّن كلمات المرور كتجزئاتٍ مؤمَّنة فقط؛ فلا نراها ولا نخزّنها نصًا صريحًا أبدًا.

لا نجمع بيانات شخصية حساسة بتعريف النظام، ولا نشتري بيانات عنك من أي جهة.

تقديم بيانات الحساب ضروري لإنشاء حساب على المنصة وتشغيله؛ فمن دونه لا يمكننا تقديم الخدمة. أما حقول نماذج الموقع فاختيارية ما لم يُوضَّح خلاف ذلك؛ وإذا اخترت عدم تقديمها فقد لا نتمكن من الرد على طلبك.

2. لماذا نستخدمها

نستخدم البيانات الشخصية من أجل: تشغيل الموقع والرد على استفساراتك؛ وإنشاء حسابات المنصة وإدارتها وفرض الوصول القائم على الأدوار؛ والحفاظ على أمان المنصة والتحقيق في إساءة الاستخدام وحفظ سجلات التدقيق؛ وإرسال الرسائل المتعلقة بالخدمة (مثل رسائل الحساب)؛ والامتثال للأنظمة السعودية. وأسسنا النظامية بموجب النظام هي: المصلحة المشروعة لأرى، وتنفيذ اتفاقنا مع منشأتك، والالتزام النظامي. لا نرسل رسائل تسويقية دون موافقة، ولا نتخذ قرارات آلية ذات أثر قانوني بشأنك.

3. مع من نشاركها

نشارك البيانات الشخصية فقط مع:

منشأتك: يمكن لمسؤوليها الاطلاع على تفاصيل حسابات مستخدمي المنشأة ونشاطهم على المنصة.
عملاؤك وشركاؤك ومزوّدو خدماتك على المنصة: يمكن للمنشآت المرتبطة بمنشأتك الاطلاع على تفاصيل حسابات مستخدمي منشأتك ونشاطهم على المنصة بقدر ما يخص تلك العلاقة (مثل اطلاع العميل على مندوبي المبيعات المخصصين له).
مزوّدي الخدمات (المعالِجين) الذين يستضيفون بنيتنا التحتية ويشغّلونها: خدمات الاستضافة السحابية وقواعد البيانات، وتوصيل البريد الإلكتروني، ومراقبة الأخطاء. وكلٌّ منهم ملزَم باتفاقية معالجة بيانات.
الجهات المختصة، حيث يقتضي النظام السعودي ذلك.

نحن لا نبيع البيانات الشخصية ولا نشاركها مع المعلنين.

4. أين تُخزَّن البيانات الشخصية

قد يخزّن مزوّدو بنيتنا التحتية البيانات الشخصية أو يعالجونها في مراكز بيانات خارج المملكة العربية السعودية. وحيثما تُنقل بيانات شخصية خارج المملكة، فإننا نلتزم بلائحة نقل البيانات الشخصية، مع تطبيق الضمانات المناسبة، بما فيها اتفاقيات معالجة البيانات مع مزوّدينا وتقييمات مخاطر النقل.

5. مدة الاحتفاظ

بيانات الحساب: طوال عمر الحساب، ثم تُحذف أو تُجهَّل خلال 90 يومًا من إغلاقه، ما لم يوجب النظام الاحتفاظ بها.
سجلات التدقيق والأمان: حتى 24 شهرًا.
ملفات المخزون المرفوعة وسجلات المعالجة: بحسب اتفاق منشأتك.

وتُحذف النسخ الاحتياطية وفق دورة النسخ الاحتياطي المعتمدة لدينا.

6. حقوقك

بموجب النظام، لك الحق في: العلم بمعالجتنا لبياناتك؛ والوصول إلى بياناتك الشخصية والحصول على نسخة منها بصيغة مقروءة؛ وطلب تصحيح البيانات غير الدقيقة؛ وطلب حذف البيانات التي لم تعد لازمة للأغراض التي جُمعت لها؛ وسحب الموافقة حيثما كانت المعالجة قائمة عليها.

لممارسة أي حق، تواصل معنا على admin@arasolutions.io. وسنرد خلال المدة التي يحددها النظام (30 يومًا مبدئيًا). وقد تتأثر بعض الطلبات بالتزاماتنا تجاه منشأتك (فمثلًا، جهة عملك هي من يتحكم بوجود حسابك).

7. ملفات تعريف الارتباط

يستخدم الموقع والمنصة ملفات تعريف ارتباط وتخزينًا محليًا ضروريَّين تمامًا لأمور مثل الجلسات وتسجيل الدخول. ولا نستخدم حاليًا أي أدوات تحليلات، ولا نستخدم ملفات تعريف ارتباط إعلانية.

8. الأمان

نحمي البيانات الشخصية بتدابير تتناسب مع المخاطر: ضوابط وصول على مستوى قاعدة البيانات مرتبطة بأدوار المستخدمين، وتشفير أثناء النقل، وتجزئة بيانات الاعتماد، وتسليم بيانات الاعتماد الصادرة لمرة واحدة، وتسجيل التدقيق، وفصل صارم بين بيئتي الاختبار والإنتاج. وإذا وقع تسرّب لبيانات شخصية، فإننا نتّبع متطلبات الإبلاغ في النظام، بما في ذلك إشعار سدايا خلال 72 ساعة حيثما يلزم، وإشعار الأفراد المتأثرين دون تأخير غير مبرر متى كان التسرّب قد يُلحق بهم ضررًا.

9. القاصرون

خدماتنا أدوات عمل للمنشآت، وليست موجَّهة لمن هم دون الثامنة عشرة.

10. التغييرات والتواصل

سننشر تحديثات هذه السياسة هنا، ونُشعر مسؤولي المنشآت مسبقًا بالتغييرات الجوهرية. للأسئلة أو الطلبات: admin@arasolutions.io · مؤسسة ارى الرقمية، طريق الملك سلمان، حي الملقا، الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.

ARA Alraqamiya Establishment (مؤسسة ارى الرقمية) ("ARA", "we", "us"), Commercial Registration (Unified National No.) 7054518043, operates the ARA website at arasolutions.io (the "Website") and the ARA inventory-visibility platform at app.arasolutions.io (the "Platform"). This policy explains how we handle personal data for both, in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

ARA is a business-to-business service for hospitals, pharmacies, and pharmaceutical companies. We do not collect or process patient data of any kind, and our terms prohibit uploading it. Inventory and product data on the Platform is commercial information about organisations, not personal data.

1. Data we collect

If you visit the Website, we collect only what's needed to run it: technical data your browser sends (IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed) and anything you submit through our contact or demo-request forms (name, work email, phone, organisation, message).

If you use the Platform, we process the account data your organisation and you provide: first and last name, work email, phone number, your role and organisation. We also process data the Platform generates: login events, action and upload logs, and audit records (including logs of any administrative support access to your account's views). Passwords are stored only as secure hashes; we never see or store them in plain text.

We do not collect sensitive personal data as defined in the PDPL, and we do not buy data about you from anyone.

Providing account data is necessary to create and operate a Platform account; without it we cannot provide the service. Fields in our Website forms are optional unless marked otherwise; if you choose not to provide them, we may be unable to respond to your request.

2. Why we use it

We use personal data to: operate the Website and respond to your enquiries; create and administer Platform accounts and enforce role-based access; keep the Platform secure, investigate misuse, and maintain audit trails; send service-related communications (for example, account emails); and comply with Saudi law. Our legal bases under the PDPL are the legitimate interest of ARA, performance of our agreement with your organisation, and legal obligation. We do not send marketing without consent, and we do not make automated decisions with legal effect about you.

3. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with:

Your Organisation: its administrators can see the account details and Platform activity of the organisation's own users.
Your customers, partners, and service providers on the Platform: organisations your Organisation is connected with can see the account details and Platform activity of your Organisation's users where relevant to that relationship (for example, a customer seeing the sales representatives assigned to it).
Service providers (processors) who host and operate our infrastructure: cloud hosting and database services, email delivery, and error monitoring. Each is bound by a data processing agreement.
Competent authorities, where required by Saudi law.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers.

4. Where personal data is stored

Our infrastructure providers may store or process personal data in data centres outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Where personal data is transferred outside the Kingdom, we do so in accordance with the PDPL Transfer Regulations, applying appropriate safeguards including data processing agreements with our providers and transfer risk assessments.

5. How long we keep it

Account data: for the life of the account, then deleted or anonymised within 90 days of account closure, except where retention is required by law.
Audit and security logs: up to 24 months.
Uploaded inventory files and processing logs: per your organisation's agreement.

Backups roll off on our standard backup cycle.

6. Your rights

Under the PDPL you have the right to: be informed about our processing; access your personal data and obtain a copy in a readable format; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of data no longer needed for the purposes it was collected for; and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To exercise a right, contact admin@arasolutions.io. We will respond within the period required by the PDPL (in principle 30 days). Some requests may be affected by our obligations to your organisation (for example, your employer controls your account's existence).

7. Cookies

The Website and Platform use strictly necessary cookies and local storage for things like sessions and sign-in. We currently use no analytics tools, and we do not use advertising cookies.

8. Security

We protect personal data with measures appropriate to the risk: database-level access controls tied to user roles, encryption in transit, hashed credentials, one-time credential delivery for issued accounts, audit logging, and strict separation between test and production environments. If a personal data breach occurs, we follow the PDPL's notification requirements, including notifying SDAIA within 72 hours where required, and notifying affected individuals without undue delay where the breach may cause them harm.

9. Children

Our services are workplace tools for organisations and are not directed at anyone under 18.

10. Changes and contact

This policy is published in Arabic and English. In case of any conflict, the Arabic version prevails.
